About Us
What does All Girls Grow do?
Welcome, everyone! My name is Ann Dulany. Kids call me Ms. Ann. My greatest educators call me Mom.
As an adult, I am learning how to listen to myself and communicate my own needs. I am learning things now that I wish I could have utilized much earlier in life.
My hope for the next generation of girls is to provide different tools and approaches they can use for their entire life. Personal relationships are the basis of everything we do. Schools teach our children so much, but there simply isn't time to cover how complicated friendships can be. With All Girls Grow, we'll practice how to communicate our needs and create boundaries with friends. I would love to show girls they can be confident in who they are, just the way they are.
We will discuss things like self awareness, personal strengths and what positive friendships look like. We practice ways to calm our minds and bodies, decision making and gratitude. We talk about the power of body language. All Girls Grow is committed to learning and growing with the needs of the community. New topics and workshops will be added as we intake community feedback. Let us know what is important to you and your girl!
All Girls Grow LLC was established in 2021.
So what will the girls DO at the workshops?
Arrive Curious!
Each workshop schedule will be posted for grown ups and girls to see when walking in. Workshops are 5.5 hours and include time for lunch. Please refer to the workshop purchased to see your specific discussion topics. Please message or email anytime with questions.
We begin with warm ups to move our bodies and get comfortable being together. After warm ups, we begin with the central topic for the day. This will include some fun activities to practice. After a break, we come back for group activities and another opportunity for discussion.The goal is to keep groups small so that we can answer questions thoughtfully. Children want to be seen and it's important for ideas to be shared in order to gain self confidence.
Grown ups arrive 15 minutes before the end of each workshop for their presentation. This is led by the girls and will showcase what they learned that day.
Activities will range from arts and crafts, group problem solving, dancing, skits and more! We try to appeal to different learning styles so that there are lots of opportunities to engage in ways that are fun. We also want to encourage trying something new in a safe place.
Bathrooms, drinking water and hand sanitizer available. Please bring your own water bottle and lunch. If you need assistance, let us know. All Girls Grow is happy to provide snack or lunch so that your girl can join us!

Hi! My name is Ann. I am a mom, wife, daughter, stepchild, and proud Alaskan woman. Born and raised in New Mexico until 12 years old.
Becoming a parent has shown me the importance of cultivating our thoughts and teaching emotions.
My strength lies in helping your children find their confidence when they need a little help. I have worked with many different ages and personality types. I enjoy working with the teachers, parents and children of this school district and have worked as support staff for four years.
All Girls Grow is a judgment free zone.

How do I get items purchased from the website?
Can I get my money back on a workshop?
For physical items purchased: Items can be picked up at your workshop! They'll be waiting for you when you come in. Look for the table marked "ORDERS" and a bag that has your name on it.
Not taking a workshop soon?
Items can be delivered by me or shipped directly to you. Please contact All Girls Grow if you feel you have a defective product for an exchange.
Does All Girls Grow accept returns for workshops?
If you or your girl are unhappy with the workshop in anyway, please contact All Girls Grow within 72 hours. Your satisfaction is our goal and your money will be returned if there is nothing further we can do to achieve that.
